I like the original Twitter rant better, and I *think* I know what you are trying to say and I would agree. It’s just not in this article.
You are not providing any concrete alternative or tangible suggestion for the interaction design discipline. You are suggesting, that prototype-and-testing or design thinking approaches are not evolving around user goals. But what if they are? Maybe there is something else missing that you are trying to say?
